Every other cleaner in Lackawanna County says "call for a free estimate." We think that wastes an afternoon of your life to protect a number that was never a secret. Here it is.
Flat rates by home size
Every-two-weeks upkeep, a normally kept house, no pets. Add 6% Pennsylvania sales tax, shown separately on your invoice.

Weekly is cheaper, one-off is dearer. Weekly comes in about 8% below the every-two-weeks price, monthly about 15% above it, and a single visit about 35% above. That isn't a trick — a house on a schedule genuinely costs us less to service, and we pass that back instead of pretending all visits cost the same.
Your first visit is always a deep clean. It's the only honest way to set an upkeep price. Quote a maintenance rate against a house nobody has properly cleaned and one of us ends up losing — usually you, in quality.
What changes the number
Condition
The variable everyone forgets and the one that actually decides the price. A house kept up between cleans and a house nobody has touched in eight months are different jobs, and we'd rather say so up front than discover it on your doorstep.
Pets
$12 each, capped at $36. Hair is time and time is the whole margin — so it's a small line up front rather than a surprise afterwards.
How often
The recurring book is the business, so we price the one-off up rather than discounting the schedule. Choosing regular service should be the obvious move, not a negotiation.
Pennsylvania sales tax
6% on residential cleaning, by state law. Plenty of cleaners here fold it in quietly or skip it. We show it on its own line so you can see the clean and the tax separately.
What never changes it
How long we take. A flat price is flat. If we get faster at your house, that's our gain to earn — you don't pay for our learning curve and you don't get penalised for our efficiency.
Post-construction & commercial
Quoted after we've seen it, never over the phone, and never started before you've agreed the number. Commercial cleaning is invoiced separately and taxed differently.
